Right of return

1. Return period

The return period for all products is 14 days.

The return periods apply from the date of dispatch.

2. No right of return

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

• For damaged items
• If the original packaging is not available
• If accessories are missing

3. Refund value

If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:

Full refund of purchase price:

• The item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging

Discount depending on the condition of the goods (at least 30% or minimum discount CHF 3.–)

• The item has been opened or used

Individual examination

• Item with damaged packaging
• If we accept the return of goods due to an incorrect order in individual cases, we charge a return fee of 30% of the net sales price, with a minimum of CHF 3.-

4. Return costs

The postage costs for returning items are generally borne by the sender. In the following cases, the return costs will be covered by Berunia.ch:

• If you receive an item other than the one you ordered
• In case of incorrect information in the online shop
• If you receive an item you did not order
• If you receive an incomplete product

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel, you must contact us via email at "cadieri@hotmail.com". We can then cancel your order.
