The customer has a right of withdrawal if the purchased item is eligible for return. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Cadieri of his decision in writing by letter or email. The customer will then receive confirmation as to whether the item is eligible for return and can be returned.
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned. The customer must bear the costs of return shipping unless the goods delivered do not correspond to those ordered.
